“I Only Have Eyes for You,” performed by Timothy B Schmidt, is on a soundtrack for a movie starring Elizabeth Shue. The title has something to do with babysitting. I believe the Flamingos were the original band to perform it. I’ve searched for Timothy’s version for some time now. Can you help me?

Elizabeth Shue starred in 1987’s Adventures in Babysitting, which is not the movie you want. Instead, you’re looking for 1991’s Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitter is Dead which comes sans Shue but plus Christina Applegate. The good news is that Don’t Tell features the Timothy B. Schmit [sic] version of “I Only Have Eyes You For.” And yes, it’s still in print from Warner.
